Location was very nice. hotel desk staff were friendly and ever so helpful. breakfasts were delicious with plenty of choices. self service laundry was a big plus. It made everything so convenient for longer stays.
The room was cold, and i had to request an extra blanket. street noise was a distraction at night, and earplugs didn't fully resolve it. curtains did not block out enough light. The room felt too bright in the morning.

The location was perfect for exploring. laundry facilities were available. They were convenient after long travels. the hotel suite suited my family, which i really appreciated.
the curtains did not block the light well, and the room became bright early each morning.

fantastic city center stay

the hotel had a perfect location near many restaurants. my room was clean with underfloor heating in the bathroom (a welcome treat!). the room size was great, easily accommodating my needs for a few days.
street noise was noticeable. conversations of people below reached my third-floor room. i used earplugs to get some sleep, which wasn't ideal.

the room was quite spacious and overall clean.
I had booked what i thought would be a quiet stay. the walls seemed very thin. I could hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway. this made it difficult to relax or sleep soundly. the breakfast selection was also rather limited and seemed to lack fresh options. i found the quality did not match the hotel's supposed standards.

The hotel has a great central location. I could walk to many sites. The Nouveau building includes modernized rooms. The rooms appear very spacious.
The receptionist seemed unsympathetic. They said all beautiful studios face the street! The bar nearby stayed open very late.
